Recently e-education and e-learning is discussed as an important application of new information and communication technology in the world and it has attracted significantly attention of training centers.
E-learning generally runs education process, through modern communication networks, particularly the Internet, which has significant benefits compared to traditional teaching methods.
The possibility of offering courses in multimedia environments, eliminating the limitations of time and place for inclusive education, the ability to provide quick feedback and such cases are the advantages of this mode of education. Obviously there will be obstacles along with the benefits and limitations that one important part of those will be solved by helping of inclusive education and the rest parts will be settled by training managers, experts and professors.
Overall development in a country, led to the distribution and diversity of organizations, institutions, firms and companies in other corners. Education as key in ensuring development, in order to control the growth of uniform and equitable education throughout the country is followed by the establishment of a centralized educational system.
